1. Cleaning of the scale
It is very possible that the material being weighed in the scale includes big amount of dust, it is necessary to clean the dust inside the machine box every day by moving the glass on the box. Avoid mechanically to impact onto the weighing transducer and damage it.

2. Check the door-opening mechanism and vibration feeder
A. In automatic operation, the door opening mechanism of the scale hopper works frequently. The fixation between the door-opening mechanism driving ¡°crank¡± installed on the shaft of low speed synchronous motor and the motor shaft is relying on only one fastening screw, so it is important to check if this screw is loosening. If it is loosening, the connection between the ¡°crank¡± and the shaft will become unreliable, which makes the door-opening mechanism work abnormally. The clearance between ¡°crank¡± and the induction switch installed on the frame of the door-opening motor shall be 3~5mm, otherwise, it is possible the scale hopper door is not able to open.
B. Check if the fastening part of the vibration feeder is loosening
If the fastening screws of the vibration feeder spring, electrical magnetic armature, and/or electromagnet seat are loosening, the feeder will not work reliably, the feeding will be not uniform, resulting the lowering of the scale precision.
